| 1 . How long is the Connections program? |
| The Connections program starts Friday evening at 7 pm and ends on Sunday afternoon at 5 pm. The sessions run late into the evenings Friday and Saturday. Participants can stay at the hotel for an additional fee or they are free to go home each evening and return at 9am Saturday and Sunday. |
| 2 . How many people are in the Connections workshop? |
| There are usually between 25 and 40 participants in the Connections program and a team of 10 to 12 assistants support the facilitators. |
| 3 . How do you support people after the program? |
| After Connections workshop there are 2 follow up sessions that are included in the workshop fee. These sessions give participants the opportunity to practice new behaviors in their life and receive continued support as they implement changes. Participants can also register for our 6 week Living Proof program which supports the processes we worked on in Connections workshop. |
| 4 . Am I going to feel safe? |
| How do you handle confidentiality? We recognize how important confidentiality is in our programs and have all participants commit to this at the start. Anything that happens in the retreat stays there and this creates a safe environment for participants. |
| 5 . How do I know that the timing is right for me to do this work? |
| The opportunity has come to you because you are ready to embrace this experience. Many people experience fear of the unknown but as you step forward into this journey your life will unfold so that you are able to take part in this retreat at the right time for you. |
| 6 . How much does it cost? |
| The rate for the Connections program is $695 plus GST. We encourage you to register early as spaces are limited and we are selling out earlier. Shared accommodation is an extra $150. |
| 7 . Will I have to do things I don't want to do? |
| You will get out of our programs what you put into them. It's your choice how much you engage in the process and how you choose to participate. |
| 8 . How does this compare to coaching and counseling? |
| Because of the group dynamic you will uncover material and experiences that would take years to surface in traditional counseling methods. We take you on a journey that uncovers deeply buried issues and many people find the experience life changing. |
