What is it that you want more of from the most significant relationship in your life? ...a deeper heartfelt connection? ...renewed trust? ...more effective communication? ...more passion? ...a better way to deal with conflict? ...to feel safe?
The Couples Connections workshop is a powerful learning experience that utilizes exercises and processes to provide personal insights and build healthier relationships for couples. This program is held over a weekend with a maximum of 20 participating couples.
The great challenge in relationships occurs when trust is broken and the relationship begins to feel unsafe. If couples lack the communication skills to renew that trust and rebuild the safety a pattern of avoidance, frustration and resentment builds until there is distance and eventual breakup.
At Couples Connections you will learn how to create a safe environment for a relationship to grow and flourish. You will learn how to resolve conflict in a healthy way and develop a deeper, more heartfelt connection with your partner. Every partnership will work through a communication model that will serve as an ongoing tool after the retreat experience.
This program is an opportunity for couples to heal some old wounds, to renew trust and commitment, to refresh passion and to develop a deeper more intimate connection. What do you want for your relationship?
