Terry is the founder, owner and head facilitator of Inside Out Leadership Development's programs and has over 30 years experience counseling, facilitating, and helping people to connect with their personal potential. Beside program development; Terry's focus is on developing leaders within the organization. Terry's special gift is understanding people's stories and providing them with a safe place for awareness that helps them to create better results in their lives.
 Brenda McIntosh - Office Manager
As office manager, Brenda oversees the day-to-day operation of the company including venue procurement, financial operations, program and office administration. She has been a part of Inside Out Leadership for over 9 years, 7 of those as an employee at the Inside Out office. With the experience she has gained in the programs and in the office, Brenda enjoys applying her skills to finding solutions to whatever comes her way. Brenda is a people person who is passionate about her role in the process.
