Terry is the founder, owner and head facilitator of Inside Out Leadership Development's programs and has over 30 years experience counseling, facilitating, and helping people to connect with their personal potential. Beside program development; Terry's focus is on developing leaders within the organization. Terry's special gift is understanding people's stories and providing them with a safe place for awareness that helps them to create better results in their lives.
Brenda McIntosh - Office Manager
As office manager, Brenda oversees the day-to-day operation of the company including venue procurement, financial operations, program and office administration. She has been a part of Inside Out Leadership for over 8 years, 6 of those as an employee at the Inside Out office. With the experience she has gained in the programs and in the office, Brenda enjoys applying her skills to finding solutions to whatever comes her way. Brenda is a people person who is passionate about her role in the process.
Alexandra Krieger - Business Development
Alexandra's passion for helping people to be the best they can be and her experience in business is a great asset to the development of Inside Out Leadership. An entrepreneur by heart, she contributes not only her business and facilitation experience, but a wealth of fresh ideas, solid work ethic and integrity. Supporting Inside Out Leadership to grow as a company, she is passionate about seeing this organization thrive and impact even more lives in the future. Alexandra also facilitates some of the corporate workshops.
Paul Klotz - Client Relations
Paul brings an extensive background in sales and is very experienced in the personal development field. With his excellent people skills and warm personality your contacts and referrals are in good hands with Paul. He is looking forward to connecting with you and has a strong focus on building client relations, both in the personal as well as professional development areas.
Marlene Weller - Program and Office Administration
Marlene is the helpful, warm voice that greets you on the phone and welcomes all those who stop by the office. Marlene has an extensive background in administration and has first hand experience and knowledge of our programs. If you have any questions she is an excellent person to talk to. She looks forward to greeting you and assisting you with all your program needs.
Corry Gliddon - Administration Assistant
Corry's attention to detail and her administrative assistance is a great help in pre and post program organization. Another hat Corry wears at Inside Out is: Audio/Visual Coordinator.
